I am a skilled practitioner with a history of successfully representing clients in employment law, estate planning and administrative law matters. I have successfully appeared before the Kansas Supreme Court in Friedman v. Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (2009) and have represented government agencies in District Court as well as Appellate Court matters. I have represented clients in employment law matters achieving successful resolutions. I am well-versed in education law through my time as a law clerk and attorney with the Kansas Association of School Boards and my eleven years serving on a local school board. I have appeared before legislative committees in both governmental and private business capacities.
